STORY
LEB S.p.A. since its establishment in 1967, it has been operating in the sheet metal working sector (stamping, shearing and cold drawing) producing parts in steel, stainless steel, copper, brass. In the second half of the 1970s, he began to design and produce horns (horns and horns for motorcycles and cars). The production is entirely absorbed by the national and international auto / motorcycle spare parts market.
Hand in hand with the growth in the production of horns, the activity of sheet metal deformation also intensifies, which will lead LEB to become an important supplier, specialized in the production of fan covers, for manufacturers of electric motors and water pumps. It was in the first half of the 90s that LEB began to supply horns to automotive original equipment customers (Lucas, Skoda-Volkswagen) and then specialized in the supply of horns for motor vehicles (Piaggio, Honda, Yamaha).


LEB is currently organized into three divisions: Acoustic alarms – Fan cover – Sheet metal deformation. Since 1999 it has been operating according to the quality specifications of the ISO 9001 standard. In its production it uses machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, robot presses) and computerized and technologically advanced assembly systems. It has an internal research and development laboratory supported by a modern and advanced tooling dept.

- LEB uses a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the plant to improve its energy efficiency
- Low consumption lighting systems have recently been introduced in the production departments which guarantee considerable energy savings
- Is progressively converting its packaging systems to increasingly reduce the use of plastic in packaging
